Gifts, more and more
2019 September 16From a colleague I received old strands of floss which had belonged to her mother. As a thankyou, I bought this pet's paw pattern from etsy and gave them to my colleague.
When visiting a friend in Hamburg, I could not arrive empty handed. Great fun to make this Fiep Westendorp Takkie for her. Typically Dutch and all around cute!
Another colleague was at a bric-à-brac market in France where she saw a box of assorted strands of floss. A quick small hundertwasser inspired pattern as a thankyou card was quick to make.
Sad to say goodbye to yet a different colleague: both of us Doctor Who fans, both of us Tenth Doctor fans. She's in Rose camp, I'm more of a Donna fan, so I had to commemorate our talks on the Doctor.
For an aunt's birthday, I added this flower to a birthday card, I think she now uses it as a bookmark!
For a cousin's birthday, I added a larger Hundertwasser Haus design and framed it.
